Please read carefully our terms and conditions before placing an order.

All our stationery and logos is the copyright of Believe Handmade Cards.  It is a copyright infringement to copy or reproduce designs in anyway.

 Products

Due to the handcrafted style of our stationery slight variations may occur.

Believe accepts no responsibility for the effect of ageing upon the materials used.

Our products and packaging are not suitable for children.

Quantity

There is no minimum quantity for stationery orders.

Pricing

Believe reserve the right to alter prices and specifications without notice.

Any price increases will not affect any confirmed order.

Copyright Permission

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that they have copyright permission for hymns, readings etc where necessary.

Proofs

Believe are not responsible for typing errors noticed after proofs have been approved, signed, dated and returned to us.  Any amendments made after approval and printing will incur an extra charge.

 Payment

Due to the bespoke nature of our stationery a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the order value is required before work on your stationery commences.  The outstanding balance (less the cost of samples) will be required upon completion of the order or part order as agreed, prior to dispatch.

Payment is by cheque to Believe Handmade Cards.

 Delivery

Each order will be dispatched using an insured service.

All deliveries will require a signature.

Believe do not charge for packaging your order, only delivery of each consignment.

Stationery is carefully packed to avoid damage in transit.  Believe cannot be held responsible for any loss, damage or delay once the order has been dispatched.   

 Refunds

Refunds and exchanges will only be given if the goods are found to be faulty or do not meet the specifications of your order.

 Cancellations

If an order is cancelled, all work in progress must be paid for in full.
